Sometimes it’s difficult to get a group of people together to play a game, but it doesn’t change the fact that you might really want to play a game. There are a number of games now that take that in mind and have a solo play mode, and here is a list of those games. I linked the Board Game Geek listing in case you’d like to know more about the game than just the title.
These games can only be played solo:
These games have a solo mode included in the game, generally with a different rule book and playing against the game in some way much like a video game.
Many cooperative games can be played single player as well by playing multiple roles in the game like Pandemic and the Forbidden series
